What Are Unbundled Legal Services?

Instead of being required to work with a lawyer for the full extent of your legal issue, attorney Stevenson will work with you on individual pieces of your case. For example, she can help you draft a custody petition or a petition to modify your child support or spousal maintenance order. Once the petition has been drafted and reviewed with you, you take care of the filing and any subsequent hearings.

Another example is hearing preparation. Many people are unsure what they need to do when prepping for a family court hearings. Ms. Stevenson will work with you to gather and organize your evidence and exhibits, and coach you on cross-examination techniques.

By unbundling her legal representation she is able to offer clients a more economical approach to legal issues. You still get the benefits of legal counsel, but without all of the cost.

Flat Fee Structure

We offer a flat fee billing structure to simplify the process for our valued clientele. We with each of our clients to develop a customized flat fee price for our legal services.
